About the Hosts
Kathryn & Darin Price
Kathryn Price is a lifelong local to Columbia Falls. She was raised with eleven other siblings in the Homestead. They had a large garden, and they raised cows, goats, and pigs. Kathryn and Darin were married in 1997 and their family grew. They raised 4 children and now have 1 grandson, that they love dearly. They are the designer and contactor for the new renovations in the Homestead.
The Price Family
To keep the Homestead in the family Kathryn’s father David sold the house to her in 2019. Together, with her husband Darin and their four children, they are continuing the family tradition of bringing families together in a comfortable environment while enjoying the many activities that north west Montana has to offer. New upgrades were started to help modernize the Homestead without losing its rustic appeal. The third floor is completely remodeled with new rooms, bathrooms, and much more. The exterior deck and landscaping have also been updated. The next step in the construction process includes renovations to the first and second floors.
